The ClearMind Approach
The conscious discovery of our “life history” stored in our cells and our energy system is one of the key steps toward living fully conscious and awakened lives. These “cellular memories” are filed in the subconscious body-mind. Some of these appear to prevent us from living to our full potential. Once we have “discovered” these unconscious stories, and the emotions that are filed with them, we can begin to clear them, and reintegrate them. It is my experience that as we “discover” these stories we become more able to undertake the self enquiry necessary for the next stages of our inevitable awakening to our Self.
Once you have discovered that which limits you, then you can clear them away. These clearing processes, when used together, provide powerful liberation from the “stories of our lives”, and open the door for us to move onto developing enquiry into the true nature of our Self.
The following is an outline of the areas we can concretely “find”, address, and “clear” using the ClearMind process:
Negative emotional associations with key life areas. (eg: money, intimacy, friendship, self worth, learning). The reactive behaviours we unconsciously follow because we are unaware of the cellular subconscious.
The personality traits and programs we run that restrict our life.
The key limiting beliefs that sometimes run or appear to run and our lives. (eg: I am not worthy).
The blocks in our overall and cellular energetic system (Chakras) The energetic interference we pick up in everyday life.
The underlying causes of disease. What area of my body, what organ, what system, what gland or what joints are storing the issues holding me back and contributing to ill-health and dis-ease.
Through this platform, I can work one-on-one with you online, wherever you are in the world, to help you discover and clear the unconscious blocks – some of which torture you and certainly limit you. I also work with groups of people online, in different ways, to help clear these blocks, and thereby open up the doors to the remaining stages of Awakening.
As my children will tell you, none of this is rocket science… “If you can do it dad than anyone can do it.” We can learn together, and you, together with the community of those who support you, can discover and sustain your awakened life.
